Unique pineapple theme throughout the hotel.
My check-in experience was painfully slow, making me wait almost an hour for a room that was faulty and unsafe. The staff's attitude was very dismissive and unwelcoming, as if I was a burden rather than a guest. I cannot believe I spent over $250 for such a terribly managed stay.

I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the coffee and pineapple cookies when I arrived. It felt homey. I appreciated the helpful staff who provided great local recommendations. This hospitality made my stay even better. I do hope the parking garage is easier to access for larger vehicles next time, as I struggled a bit.

Great vibes and comfy beds!
This place has a fun vibe right from the lobby! The staff was super friendly, especially Mitch at the bar who was awesome to chat with. The beds are seriously the comfiest I've ever slept on. We loved being close to everything and even managed a walk to Pike's Market. Only wish the breakfast options were a bit better.

Loved how the lobby had such a fun, quirky vibe and really enjoyed the complimentary water and popcorn in the room. The pool area was great for unwinding, and the leisure room had a cozy ambiance to chill out. The only downside was that the bartenders seemed a bit inexperienced, but it didn’t spoil the overall good time! 😊

I had a great stay at The Maxwell. The friendly staff made me feel welcome right away. I loved the unique decor—it's colorful and fun. The amenities like the complimentary pineapple cookies and free coffee in the lobby were nice touches. The king room had a fantastic view of the Space Needle and was very spacious. The location is perfect, just a short walk to many attractions. However, I experienced issues with the TV during my stay. Also, only one elevator was working, and it failed for a short while. The bar selection could use some improvement too. Overall, I had a positive time and would stay here again.
